EID Mubarik

Eid Mubarak from UIC, may this Eid bring many blessings for you and your family.

Alhumd-du-lillah, we had a very successful Eid prayer. Over Six hundered people, representing the diverse Muslim population of our community, attended the Eid prayer. The Eid sermon started promptly at 9:00 am. and was led by Imam Shuaib. After the Eid prayer, families flocked to the refreshment table and enjoyed the various ethnic foods and exchanged cheerful wishes. Inspite of it being a school day, children of all ages in their colorful dresses added to the festive mood.

UIC management is extremely grateful to Allah, to the community and to the management of NOAHs Reception Center for making this a highly memorable event.

  7. Due to the never ending blessings of Allah upon the Muslim Ummah in general and the Utah Islamic Center community, the first Fund Raising Dinner, held on August 2nd was a huge success. Appromimately 144 adults and 29 children attended the event. We collected over $90,000.00 (just shy of our goal of $100,000.00) The UIC management would like to thank first and foremost Allah (The Bestower of all good) and secondly we would like to thank all those who attended the wonderfully organized event and donated that night. May Allah reward you and bless your families. May Allah compensate you, in this life and the hereafter, ten fold the amount you have donated.
